PERSONAL PROTECTION IN THE REAL WORLD is what this course is all about. This course teaches young ladies how to protect themselves with simple yet very effective skills and mind set. This course is based off of the four “A” in self protection. This course is a lot of fun and educational, an absolute must for any and all young ladies.

We will cover some statistics and discuss dating and hanging out situations. We recommend girls attend after at least 16 years old, however, if you feel your daughter will benefit from this class a little younger, and she won’t be freaked out by bold talk of situations and attackers, we’d love to have her. When to teach this stuff is up to you, the parents. If your younger daughter and her friends are interested in an age appropriate class please contact us!
